To strengthen communication and camaraderie among employees, Aston Pasteur Hotel held another General Staff Meeting in early 2026. This event featured a pajama dress code, creating a warm, relaxed, and convivial atmosphere.

This event featured a series of activities, including presentations, guest appearances, and several announcements expressing appreciation to employees. The awards presented included Trainee of the Semester, Employee of the Semester, and Achievers Average Training Hours per Department as a form of appreciation for performance and commitment. In addition, the event was enlivened by entertainment performances, prize giveaways, and a best-dressed contest based on the theme and concluded with a dinner and group photo session.
