SAN RAMON, Calif., September 2026. Harmony Vallejo, keynote speaker, author, and creator of The Alignment Code, is a co-author of Beyond Your Wildest Dreams, a forthcoming anthology led by Marie Diamond, featured in the global phenomenon The Secret, with Dr. Joe Vitale and John Assaraf. The book publishes October 17, 2026.

Her contribution draws from twenty-five years of building, leading, and living inside the gap between achievement and fulfillment. It is the work that became The Alignment Code, told from the inside out.

The Alignment Code is the leadership system Vallejo developed over decades of building organizations and developing leaders. It moves people from performance-based success to alignment-based leadership through four pillars, Awareness, Regulation, Realignment, and Embodiment, and the GRACE Framework that sits inside them.

In August she published two new essays in her Insights series. "When Your Brain Is on Fire: Leading Through a Million Ideas" describes how she sorts a season of fast-arriving ideas into three piles: what to build now, what to plant for a later season, and what to hand to a leader who is ready to grow. "Why I Never Give One Option" argues that driven people accept choices, not answers, and that a leader's job is to build a real menu of honest options while keeping the standard high.

"Leadership is not getting people to do the right thing," she wrote in that essay. "It is building the room where people choose the right thing with their own power intact."

A second book is also on the way. All Is Well, Vallejo's memoir, is named for the words her grandmother never stopped saying. It is the story behind The Alignment Code told in full: resilience, identity, and purpose-driven leadership, from the origin to the reckoning to the way back. Publication details, format, and timing will be announced first to readers of her letters.
