The company is owned and operated by Charles Plate, a veteran with more than 20 years in the automotive industry, and is run as a husband and wife business. Every appointment is completed by the owner, so there are no rotating crews and no handoff between a salesperson and a technician. Services fall into four categories: full car detailing, safe hand car washing, upholstery and interior cleaning with hot water extraction, and auto restoration work such as paint correction and headlight clarity. Ceramic and graphene coatings are completed at the owner's garage, where temperature and dust can be controlled.

"Most people want a clean vehicle but very few have the time, space, or products to do it properly," said Plate. "The new website is there so a neighbour can look at exactly what each service includes, see honest starting prices, and get a real answer the same day. We would rather explain what a vehicle actually needs than sell someone a package they do not."

Alongside Cornwall, the company serves Summerstown, St. Andrews West, Long Sault, and Ingleside. Mobile appointments run roughly from mid March through December, weather permitting, with weekend scheduling on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM so customers do not have to give up a work day. Coating work continues year round at the garage.
