CHICAGO, ILLINOIS - September 30, 2026 - JLL Capital Markets announced the sale of Westpoint Business Park, Building IV, a 500,406-square-foot Class A industrial facility in Mooresville, Indiana. Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated represented seller Ambrose in the transaction, while SkyREM acquired the property.

Completed in 2022, the facility sits on approximately 42.7 acres within the master-planned Westpoint Business Park. JLL said the building is fully leased to a packaging and manufacturing company and was designed to support high-volume food-grade packaging and distribution operations.

The property is LEED Silver-certified and includes a 40-foot clear height, 52 dock-high doors, three drive-in doors, a 140-foot truck court, 319 automobile parking spaces and 60 trailer parking positions. The building also contains 12,417 square feet of office space and has capacity for future expansion, according to JLL.

The facility is located along the Interstate 70 logistics corridor in Hendricks County, with access to Interstate 70 through the State Road 39 interchange. JLL said the property is approximately 11 miles from Indianapolis International Airport and the FedEx Express World Hub, with access to Interstates 65, 69, 70 and 74.

SkyREM said the acquisition expands its portfolio of industrial, manufacturing and logistics properties in U.S. distribution markets.
