From September 2018 – August 2025, Deepa was an assessor for the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She assess senior executives for the program and give developmental feedback, linking leadership learning with real job issues.

In 2026, Kennedy University awarded Deepa a Peace Ambassadorship and an honorary degree with focus in Organisational Psychology, Strategic Management and Leadership.

Her work illustrates the contribution of blending experience with intentional reflection and ongoing learning to becoming a leader.
